Redolence operates as a delivery-only floral studio serving select Ontario regions. Each collection is carefully prepared and hand-delivered directly to your venue or designated recipient.
Regional Delivery Service
All Redolence florals are delivered directly by our team to ensure arrangements arrive in excellent condition and aligned with our quality standards.
At this time, pickup services are not offered.
Delivery Areas
Delivery availability is determined according to postal code and service region at checkout.
Current delivery regions include:
- Hamilton
- Burlington
- Oakville
- Tri-Cities
- Niagara Region
Orders placed outside our current delivery areas may be declined or cancelled.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout according to venue location and delivery region.
Pricing reflects:
- floral transport
- route coordination
- handling requirements
- event-based delivery logistics
Minimum Floral Investment
Redolence maintains a minimum floral investment of $1000 CAD per wedding date before delivery fees and applicable taxes.
Venue & Recipient Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing:
- accurate venue information
- correct delivery address
- appropriate delivery timing
- a designated venue or recipient contact
Redolence is not responsible for delays or complications resulting from:
- inaccurate information
- inaccessible delivery locations
- venue restrictions
- absent recipients
- delayed venue access
Responsibility for floral care transfers upon successful delivery acceptance by the client, venue, or designated recipient.
Delivery Timing
Delivery windows are coordinated according to wedding logistics and route scheduling.
While every effort is made to deliver within the intended timeframe, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to:
- traffic conditions
- weather
- venue logistics
- event scheduling variables
Clients are encouraged to coordinate delivery timing carefully with their venue and planner where applicable.
