YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

~ Please review availability before ordering ~

Redolence accepts a limited number of weddings each season and books one event per date. Please review our Availability page before placing your order.

THE RESERVATION

How do I reserve my wedding date?

1. Review available dates on our Availability page.

2. Build your collection and proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your wedding date and details at checkout.

We confirm all wedding dates within 24 hours. In the rare event of a scheduling conflict, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

How does the ordering process work?

Redolence offers a curated, guided approach to wedding florals:

1. Choose your collection.

2. Select your Foundation Florals (our essential package).

3. Add additional pieces à la carte (bridesmaids, ceremony accents, reception flowers).

4. At checkout, enter your wedding date, delivery window, and venue information.

Once your date is confirmed, your florals are reserved and prepared specifically for your celebration.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders must be placed a minimum of four weeks before your wedding date.

We recommend ordering earlier when possible, as availability is limited.

Is there a minimum spend?

All collections begin with our Foundation Florals — a curated set of essential pieces designed to ensure cohesive design, proper scale, and a refined fine-art look.

Foundation Florals start at $1,000.

Additional pieces may be added à la carte.

What happens after I place my order?

After checkout:

~ We verify availability and confirm your wedding date within 24 hours after checkout.

~ Your florals are reserved.

~ Seasonal blooms are sourced and prepared for your date.

~ You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery and contact details.

THE DESIGN

Can I customize my florals?

You can personalize your order through Additional Florals (à la carte) (bridesmaids’ bouquets, extra boutonnieres, ceremony accents, reception pieces).

To keep the process streamlined,
custom designs outside the listed offerings are not currently available.

Will my florals look exactly like the photos?

Your order will match the overall palette, style, and look of the collection you choose. Because we work with seasonal florals, specific blooms may vary slightly based on availability. Any substitutions will be made artfully to preserve the intended look.

Can I add items after ordering?

If you’d like to add pieces after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Add-ons are accommodated when timing and seasonal availability allow.

THE DELIVERY

Do you deliver? What areas do you serve?

Yes — Redolence is a delivery-only floral studio serving Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and the Niagara Region, as well as surrounding areas.

Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What are the delivery windows?

To keep flowers in peak condition and ensure a smooth handoff, deliveries are offered in two windows:

~ Window 1: Late Morning (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

~ Window 2: Early Afternoon (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)

You’ll select your preferred delivery window at checkout. Delivery timing within the window may vary slightly based on route and venue access.

Do you offer full-service setup or installation?

To keep our services streamlined and accessible, we do not provide onsite styling, arch installations, or floral moving. Our team will deliver the arrangements to a central location at your venue for your team to place as desired.

Who receives the flowers at the venue?

To ensure your florals remain in peak condition, our service is exclusive to delivery. We do not provide onsite styling or installation. A coordinator or designated recipient must be present to receive the collection during your delivery window and placed into your design.

This can be your: planner, coordinator, venue contact, or a trusted friend/family member.

How should we care for the flowers after delivery?

All bouquets arrive in temporary water sources, and centerpieces are designed in hydrated vessels. We suggest allotting time shortly before your ceremony for placement. This ensures your florals remain in a cool, shaded environment for as long as possible, arriving at their final locations fresh and vibrant for your walk down the aisle.
