Refund & Cancellation
Each Redolence collection is thoughtfully prepared to order using seasonal blooms sourced specifically for your event date. Due to the custom and perishable nature of wedding florals, we kindly ask that all clients review the following policy prior to purchase.
Final Sale & Perishable Goods
All floral orders are considered final sale. Fresh flowers are living, perishable products and are therefore not eligible for traditional returns or exchanges.
Each arrangement is carefully inspected prior to delivery to ensure it meets Redolence’s quality and design standards.
Cancellations
Due to the sourcing requirements and preparation involved in event florals, cancellations for a la carte wedding orders must be submitted no less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled delivery date to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations submitted within twenty-one (21) days of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable, as floral sourcing and production preparations are already underway.
Seasonal Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and naturally variable. While Redolence strives to recreate each collection as photographed, exact flower varieties, bloom stages, tones, and movement may vary depending on seasonal availability and market conditions.
Thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be required while maintaining the overall colour palette, style, and aesthetic of the selected collection.
Floral Variability
Due to the organic nature of floral products, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, bloom size, and movement are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Product photography is intended to reflect the overall floral style and aesthetic rather than exact stem-for-stem replication.
Delivery Acceptance
Redolence is not responsible for floral condition after delivery has been accepted by the client, venue, or designated recipient.
Flowers are sensitive to weather, temperature, handling, and environmental conditions, and should be kept in appropriate conditions following delivery.
