Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by Redolence. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Product Availability

All floral collections are subject to seasonal availability and event-date capacity.

Redolence reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in situations involving:

  • product availability
  • event capacity limitations
  • pricing inaccuracies
  • delivery limitations
  • suspected fraudulent activity

Pricing & Product Information

We strive to present product imagery, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, occasional errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

Redolence reserves the right to correct any errors and update product information without prior notice.

All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photography, branding, graphics, floral designs, written copy, visual materials, and overall site design, are the property of Redolence and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.

Floral Variability

Flowers are natural, seasonal products and therefore subject to variation.

Differences in bloom size, colour, texture, movement, and floral varieties may occur depending on seasonal and market availability. Such variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Product imagery is intended to communicate overall floral style and aesthetic rather than exact stem-for-stem replication.

Imagery & Presentation

Certain campaign and editorial imagery may include digitally enhanced settings or styling elements for presentation purposes. Floral arrangements shown reflect real designs created by Redolence.

Limitation of Liability

Redolence shall not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from:

  • venue restrictions
  • weather conditions
  • recipient unavailability
  • inaccurate delivery information
  • post-delivery handling
  • delays outside reasonable operational control

Responsibility for floral care transfers upon successful delivery acceptance by the client, venue, or designated recipient.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada.
